What do you charge for your managed IT services? Is there a standard rate?
No. Every business has different infrastructure, user counts, and security requirements, so we customize pricing based on your specific environment and needs. After conducting a preliminary assessment, we provide a flat-rate monthly quote that gives you complete budget predictability without surprise overages or hidden fees.
Does the monthly service fee include new software licenses or hardware purchases?
Yes. Our pricing includes an upfront down payment and a monthly recurring fee that covers all software licenses, necessary equipment (rented to you during your contract term), and unlimited support. The only exception is PCs, which you purchase outright.
Will we need to replace all our hardware and software to work with Maven IT?
Not necessarily. We begin with a comprehensive risk assessment to evaluate your existing infrastructure. If your current equipment is secure and still supported by the manufacturer, we support it without requiring replacement. We only recommend upgrades when equipment has reached end of life, no longer receives security updates, or creates significant risk to your business continuity.
